At the heart of Launch Nashvile, we believe talented artists need more than great songs. They need development, direction, accountability, coaching, mentorship, professional relationships, and a team invested in their growth.
Launch Nashville exists to help serious artists understand what it takes to build a career, develop their skills and identity, strengthen their brand, and create sustainable opportunities within the music industry.

Our Story
In 2024, music industry professionals Jay Brunswick and P.G. Banker turned a shared vision into reality. While teaching together at Dark Horse Institute, they recognized a need for an artist development company that could provide emerging artists with the guidance, resources, and support needed to build sustainable careers.
With nearly 50 years of combined experience spanning Nashville songwriting and publishing, creative development, and sync licensing for television, film, and advertising, Jay and P.G. joined forces to create LAUNCH NASHVILLE.
Today, Launch Nashville is led by four partners, including Mark and Tanya Holifield, who bring extensive experience in business leadership, entrepreneurship, operations, and team management.
Together, the four partners combine their diverse expertise with one shared mission: helping artists develop the skills, direction, and foundation they need to take their careers to the next level.
Jay Brunswick
President/Commercial
Jay Brunswick is an accomplished songwriter, producer, and founder with more than 160 major and independent label cuts. His work has earned Billboard-charting singles, Texas Regional Radio #1s, Top 20 Canadian Country singles, an RIAA Gold certification, and placements across television and major-label releases.
His songwriting credits include Brooks & Dunn, Brantley Gilbert, Reba McEntire, Blake Shelton, Scotty McCreery, Chris Janson, Parmalee, and Granger Smith, among others. His work has also been featured on Monarch and contributed to a Grammy-nominated Best Country Album.
As a founder of Launch Nashville, Jay combines years of songwriting and industry experience with a passion for developing artists and helping them build sustainable careers.
