Launch U LLC ("Launch") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how to report copyright infringement on the Launch app or website at launchnash.com, and how we respond.
1. Our Commitment
We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital
Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and we remove or disable access to material we determine in
good faith to be infringing.
2. Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on the Services without authorization, send a
written notice to the contact below that includes all of the following:
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and enough information for us to locate it.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its
agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that
you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a
counter-notification that includes: your contact information; identification of the removed material and
where it appeared; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the
material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal
courts in your district (or, if outside the U.S., a U.S. district where Launch may be found); and your
physical or electronic signature.
4. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, Launch will suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat
infringers.
5. Misrepresentation
Submitting false information in a notice or counter-notification may result in liability for damages under
