Launch U LLC ("Launch," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting
the personal information we collect through our mobile app, our website at launchnash.com, and
related services (the "Services").

We collect the information you provide and information generated through your use of the Services, including: name, email address, account information, user content (such as songs, recordings, and
reviews), bookings, device and usage information, and payment information, which is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.
2. Cookies, Analytics & Device Information
We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies, analytics tools, and crash-reporting tools to operate, secure, and improve the Services. We may also collect log data and device information such as IP address, device identifiers, operating system, and app version.
3. Push Notifications
If you opt in, we may send you push notifications about your account and the Services. You can turn off push notifications at any time in your device settings.
4. How We Use Information
We use personal information to provide and operate the Services, manage accounts, process subscriptions and bookings, improve the app, communicate with you, maintain security and prevent fraud, and comply with our legal obligations.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Services, such as Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare (hosting and security), and our analytics and email providers, and when required by law.

7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When you delete your account, we delete the associated personal data, except information we are legally required or permitted to retain.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, such as encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. Payment data is handled by Stripe under its own security standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can delete your account and associated data directly in the app (Settings ® Account ® Delete Account), online at https://launchnash.com/delete-account, or by emailing launchnashville@gmail.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (for example, in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah), including the rights to know, access, correct, and delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. 10. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users under 18 should use the Services only with the consent of
a parent or legal guardian.
